It had been a dream of mine to do a documentary on Half-Life so when it became apparent that Valve wouldn’t come on board with anything, I decided to shift the perspective to that of a fan telling their own story. What it ended up creating is probably my favorite Noclip project to date. A glimpse into the power of this franchise through the eyes of both professional game creators and journalists, but also amateur creators who have continued to create Half-Life inspired work over the past twenty years.
